4. Content Sharing and Monetization

4.1. Content Ownership: By sharing content on Social Goats, you retain ownership of your content. However, by posting, you grant Social Goats a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

4.2. Monetization Program: Social Goats offers users the opportunity to earn money through affiliate links, content sharing, and referrals. You agree to adhere to all program guidelines and understand that earnings are subject to change at Social Goats' discretion.

4.3. Prohibited Content: You may not share content that is illegal, defamatory, pornographic, harmful, or otherwise violates our community guidelines. Social Goats reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Affiliate Program and Referrals

5.1. Affiliate Earnings: Users can earn commissions by referring new users to the Platform using unique affiliate links. Commissions are paid based on the subscription fees of referred users.

5.2. Payouts: Commissions will be paid out monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold. Social Goats reserves the right to adjust payout schedules or amounts.

5.3. Prohibited Activities: Any fraudulent or misleading activities related to the affiliate program, such as using fake accounts or spamming, will result in termination of your account and forfeiture of any earned commissions.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by Social Goats or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission from Social Goats.

7. Privacy and Data Security

8. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Using the Platform for illegal purposes.

Social Goats reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
Social Goats is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.

10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting Social Goats. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Colorado.

11. Modifications to Terms
Social Goats reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or by posting an updated version on our Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination
Social Goats may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.
